Located in the unspoilt countryside of the beautiful Kingdom of Fife, Pitcairlie is an especially good choice for golfers - we have an astonishing forty golf courses within ten to sixty minutes travel, including world famous links courses such as Carnoustie, Kingsbarns and the Old Course in St Andrews.

We have five self catering holiday properties: four apartments within Pitcairlie House and one detached holiday cottage converted from the former lodge house. They sleep two to six guests individually or a total of twenty-one if all properties are combined, making Pitcairlie a great choice for a family reunion or party. The grand scale of the lounge / dining room in Eland makes it a superb central space for large groups.

All of our properties have been newly refurbished to a very high standard. Each has been awarded a 4 Star rating by Visit Scotland. Our guests are welcome to enjoy our indoor heated swimming pool.

Perhaps the best facility of all is the peace and quiet of Pitcairlie. Guests can enjoy walking in our secluded 120 acre estate with its woods, streams and lakes.

The small ornamental loch beside the main house and garden provides an idyllic setting for sitting out on a summer's evening or for setting out on an autumn ramble through the woods and meadowlands. A second, larger loch is stocked with fish.

The parklands are grazed by rare-bred sheep and Highland cattle. There is also a children's play area with ponies and a donkey for our guests to befriend.
